Now that you are ready to place your order, it is easy as download, fill out and send. Download and print out the order form from the link provided below. Fill out the information on both pages and then send the order form to The Rudewick Embroidery Company. You can choose to mail the form using the address on the order form. If you want it to get to us faster, you can save the order form to a file and email the order form to us. You may also fax the order form to us at (610) 857-3043. Please be sure to provide an email address or phone number so we can notify you when we receive your order.

So, you have decided that you want to purchase an item of clothing or a gift that will be embroidered with a design or a name.
Now what happens?
Picking a Design
You can begin by looking through some of the designs that The Rudewick Embroidery Company has available in their ready stock of designs. This can begin online. First you can link to the Dakota Collectibles catalog here or from any of the links from the Dakota Collectibles logo. Browse through the thousands of designs until you find several that you might like to use. You can also look at some of the other available designs from various embroidery artists. And should you not see what you are looking for, send us an email describing what you have in mind and let us search our vast resources for the perfect design.
Selecting the Item
Next, you will select the item to be embroidered. The Rudewick Embroidery Company has a wide variety of tee-shirts, sweatshirts, denim shirts, polo shirts and jackets in many colors and from different manufacturers. Name brands like Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, Jerzees, Jonathan Corey, Liz Claiborne and Outerbanks are just a few of the brands that we can offer to you. Tell us exactly what you want and we will do our best to satisfy your request.
How Much Does It Cost?
Price? How much is this going to cost you? The Rudewick Embroidery Company will provide you with a custom embroidered item at the most reasonable price that we can offer. Here is our generic price list. The prices listed here are the general cost for an article of clothing or item listed. It includes the item, a standard embroidery design that fits into a 4” by 4” hoop. A small, extra charge will be made to add personalization to the design. All prices are subject to change. If our distributors can give us the product at a discounted or sale price, we will be passing those savings on to you. We will do our best to give you your order at the lowest, possible price.
Providing your own Item to be Embroidered
You have decided that you have an article in your possession that you want to have a design embroidered onto. How can that happen? You can contact The Rudewick Embroidery Company with your idea. We will talk about the size of the article and the type of design or personalization that you want to have added to the article. We will tell you what needs to be done to embroider on the article and quote you a price to do the work. Then you would ship the article to The Rudewick Embroidery Company, we will add the requested design and ship it back to you.
Digitizing From Artwork
Your company or organization has a logo that has been created just for your group. You want to have that embroidered onto a shirt or a hat. It can happen. The Rudewick Embroidery Company has the ability to convert most artwork into an embroidery file that can be used by our embroidery machines to stitch your logo onto an article of clothing, napkins, hats or anything that can be embroidered. Once we have the logo art file, we can give you an idea of the cost of digitizing your logo or art file either by our staff or by a third party digitizer so it can be used for any future embroidery orders. This would be a one time charge and then your logo would be available for years to come to embroider on anything purchased from the Rudewick Embroidery Company.
If your company or organization does not have a logo, we can assist you in developing a logo. Just tell us what you are looking for and we will help you come up with the perfect design that can be stitched on our embroidery machines.
